Terms of Sale

• You need to be at least 18 to order.
• Prices are in US dollars. Shipping ($7.99 per order) and sales tax, where it applies, are added at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
• You pay when you order. Your order is accepted when your payment goes through and we email you a link to your private order page.
• Promotion codes follow the terms shown with them, can't be exchanged for cash, and only one can be used per order.

• You get one free design per person (per email address, ignoring +tags, and per device) every 7 days. We confirm your email with a code first. Your free design is shown with a small label at the bottom and is for viewing only: you can't download or print it. It's kept for 7 days.
• If you love it, you can order it within those 7 days. You then have 24 hours from the moment you pay to approve a design, and until then you can ask for up to 4 new versions and pick any of your designs. The discount in our reminder email applies to that order until the preview expires. If none feels right, contact us and we'll make it right: a few more tries or a full refund.
• Each design is an artistic interpretation. We guide it to keep everyone recognizable, but it won't match your photo exactly, and printed colors can differ a little from your screen. That's why nothing is printed until you approve.
• The edges of your design may be trimmed slightly so it fits the puzzle's exact shape.

• Before you approve a design, you can cancel at any time for a full refund: just email us.
• If you don't approve a design within 24 hours of paying, nothing is printed and you get a full refund, automatically.
• If we can't make your design, or we can't accept your order (see "Your photo and text"), we refund you in full.
• Approving a design is final: your puzzle goes to print right away, exactly as approved, so the order can't be cancelled. Because every puzzle is made just for you, we can't take returns or exchanges once it's printed.
• Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Your bank may take a few days to show them.

• Shipping is $7.99 per order. We only ship to addresses in the United States.
• Printing takes about 2–5 business days after you approve, and shipping about 3–7 more. These are estimates, not guarantees; we email you tracking details when your puzzle ships.
• Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel can't be delivered because the address is wrong, contact us and we'll help, but we may need to charge for sending it again.

If your puzzle arrives damaged, misprinted or with missing pieces, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we'll send you a new one for free or refund you. You don't need to send the old one back.

Puzzles contain small parts and aren't suitable for children under 3.

• You keep all rights to your photo. You confirm that you have the right to use it, that everyone in it is happy to be in the puzzle, and, for children, that you're their parent or guardian or have their permission.
• You let us use your photo and any text you write only to make, print, ship and support your order, including sharing them with the services that help us do that. We never use them in our marketing or to train AI. Our Privacy Policy explains how long we keep them.
• We check the text you write before we use it, and we may refuse a photo, text or design that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual or illegal, that names real celebrities or public figures, or that uses brands, logos or trademarked characters. If we can't accept your order for one of these reasons, we refund you in full.
• Your puzzle and its design are for your personal use. The famous paintings we work from are in the public domain.

If we don't meet these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you could reasonably expect, up to the amount you paid for the order. We aren't responsible for delays or problems caused by events outside our control, such as carrier delays or severe weather.

We don't limit any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, and this section doesn't affect the rights you have as a consumer under the laws where you live.

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies to your order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but if you live elsewhere you keep the protections of your local consumer laws, and you can bring a claim where you live.
